DO’S & DON’TS

TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.GENERAL
- I reserve the right to decline any commission that I am uncomfortable with or believe is beyond my current skill level.- Please ensure you have read my commission information before placing an order.- By commissioning me, you agree to all the terms listed below.- Commission prices are for Personal Use unless a commercial licence is purchased.PAYMENT
- All payments are processed through VGen(if using VGen)
- Business inquiries or any addition that is not displayed in the service are paid through Paypal or Kofi.
- I will only begin working after receiving confirmed full payment.Additional charges may apply for

Commercial Content Licence — +$50- Required for monetised digital content such as YouTube, Twitch, VTubing, games, visual novels, advertisements, business branding, promotional materials, and similar commercial projects.
- Does not include permission to produce merchandise.Commercial Merchandising Licence — +$100- Required if the artwork will be used on products for sale, including prints, stickers, acrylic keychains, apparel, posters, pins, packaging, or other merchandise.
- Does not include Commercial Content rights and must be purchased separately if both licences are required.REVISIONS
- A sketch will be sent before rendering begins.
- Up to two major revisions are allowed during the sketch stage.
- One minor revision (small details or colour adjustments) is included during the final stage.
- Any additional revisions may incur an extra fee.
- If no response is received within 3 days after the sketch is sent, the sketch will be considered approved and I will continue with the commission.DEADLINE & DELIVERY
- The estimated turnaround time is up to 3 months from the date full payment has been confirmed.
- Completion time may vary depending on my workload, academic commitments, or personal circumstances.
- If there are unexpected delays, I will notify you as soon as possible.
- Finished artwork will be delivered via VGen or by email in high-resolution format.USE
Personal commissions may be used for:
- Profile pictures
- Wallpapers
- Personal social media posts (with credit)
- Personal printing
- GiftsPersonal commissions may not be:
- Used for commercial purposes
- Used for advertising or business promotion
- Used for monetised content
- Sold or redistributed
- Used to create merchandise for saleCommercial rights must be purchased separately before using the artwork commercially.If you are unsure which commercial licence applies to your project, please contact me before commissioning.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- I retain full copyright ownership of all commissioned artwork.
- Purchasing a commission does not transfer copyright ownership.
- You may not claim my artwork as your own.
- You may not edit, trace, heavily alter, or remove my watermark without my permission.
- I reserve the right to display commissioned artwork in my portfolio and on my social media unless confidentiality has been agreed upon beforehand.
- Credit is required whenever the artwork is posted online.
- My artwork may not be used for AI training, AI image generation, NFTs, blockchain projects, or any similar technologies.REFUNDS
- Refunds are available only if I have not started working on the commission.
- If a commission is cancelled after work has begun, a partial refund may be issued depending on the amount of work completed.
- No refunds will be provided after the artwork has been completed and delivered.
- If I am unable to complete your commission due to unforeseen circumstances, I will provide an appropriate refund.COMMUNICATION
Please provide the following when submitting your commission:- Your preferred name or username
- A valid email address.
- At least one additional contact method (Twitter/X, Instagram, Tumblr.).
- Clear visual references.
- A detailed description of the character, pose, expression, clothing, and any other important details.Reference Guidelines
- I will only use the references provided by you and will not search for additional references online.
- If your reference is a real-life photograph or a 3D model, please include a colour palette for the character (hair, skin, eyes, clothing, etc.) to avoid colour inaccuracies caused by lighting.
- Please review all references and descriptions carefully before making payment.ADDITIONAL TERMS
Client Responsibility
Please provide clear and accurate references and instructions before work begins. I am not responsible for mistakes caused by incomplete or incorrect information.Changes to the Commission
Major changes after sketch approval (e.g. character, pose, outfit, or concept) are not included in the original price and may require an additional fee or a new commission.Client Inactivity
If I do not receive a response within 7 days, I may continue the commission based on the latest approved version or cancel the commission. Refunds may not be available for prolonged inactivity.Chargebacks
Please contact me before opening a payment dispute. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in cancellation of the commission and refusal of future commissions.File Storage
Please download and back up your files after delivery. I cannot guarantee file storage or replacements once the commission has been delivered.Confidentiality
I may display commissioned artwork in my portfolio and commission examples. If you wish to keep your commission private, please select the privacy option in the commission request form before payment.Force Majeure
Delays caused by illness, emergencies, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond my control may affect the turnaround time. I will notify you if this occurs.Platform Policy
All commissions are subject to these Terms of Service or/and VGen's Terms of Service or/and Kofi’s Terms of Service.Work in Progress (WIP)
WIP images are for review only and may not be shared or reposted without my permission.Credit
Credit is appreciated whenever the artwork is shared online. You may not claim the artwork as your own.Editing the Artwork
Cropping or resizing for profile pictures or banners is allowed. Any other edits, including colour changes, tracing, watermark removal, or alterations, require my permission.Third-Party Intellectual Property
You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to use any references you provide. I am not liable for any copyright or trademark issues related to those materials.Commercial Licence Scope
Commercial licences grant permission only for the agreed use. Copyright and exclusive rights remain with the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing.Commission Completion
A commission is considered complete once the final files have been delivered. Any additional requests after delivery may require an extra fee or a new commission.Acceptance of Terms
By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.Please check your messages, email, or chosen contact method regularly to avoid delays in your commission.
